Questions about enquiries
What should I include in an enquiry?
A product list, bill of quantities, drawings, schedules or specifications, together with quantities, the destination country, target delivery dates and, where appropriate, budget parameters. A short description of the project helps explain how the products will be used.
Can I submit an incomplete enquiry?
Yes. Incomplete enquiries can still be submitted for initial discussion. The more detail you provide, the more relevant the quotation can be.
Can I enquire about several product categories at once?
Yes. Windows and doors, cabinetry, bathroom products, tiles and flooring, furniture and lighting can be combined in one enquiry, so a single conversation can cover the whole property.
How are specifications confirmed and quotations prepared?
Requirements are collected, product categories are mapped, specifications are reviewed against intended use, dimensions and finishes, and a quotation is prepared for the agreed scope.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
Your enquiry is assessed first. Product availability, pricing and lead times are confirmed afterwards, and replies come from sales@homeion.com. No fixed response time is promised.
