1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the website, creating an account or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you are using the website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.
Terms for a specific order are agreed separately, as described in section 8, and apply together with these terms.
2. About homeion
homeion is an international product sourcing, supply and coordinated procurement business, founded in 2021. It helps customers source the products needed to build, finish and furnish complete properties through one coordinated commercial relationship. The website is https://homeion.com and the official email address is sales@homeion.com.
Its product portfolio is organised into six divisions:
- structural and exterior systems
- custom cabinetry and whole-house storage
- bathroom and sanitaryware
- surface finishes and wall coverings
- furniture and living
- lighting and architectural decor
3. What homeion provides
Subject to assessment of each enquiry, homeion's services include:
- product sourcing across its six product divisions
- product selection support and specification review
- quotation preparation
- order coordination
- documentation planning
- agreed delivery arrangements
homeion is not an architectural or interior design practice, a general construction contractor, a property developer, a freight carrier or a product certification body, and it is not the manufacturer of every product it supplies. Installation, on-site supervision, design and construction work are not automatically included. They may be discussed as part of a project only when available and agreed.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country to use the website for enquiries or orders. The website is intended for business, property and private clients.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password confidential and to tell us promptly at sales@homeion.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
5. Using the website
You may use the website to learn about homeion and its products and to submit enquiries. You agree to use it lawfully, and you must not:
- misuse the website, interfere with it or attempt to disrupt it
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other users' accounts
- use automated tools to scrape, harvest or copy content at scale without our permission
- introduce malware or other harmful code
- submit false, misleading or unlawful information, or impersonate another person or business
- use the website or its content to infringe the rights of others
6. Enquiries and quotations
Customers can submit a project enquiry or request a quotation using a product list, drawing, specification, schedule or bill of quantities. Complete information helps us prepare a more relevant quotation, and an incomplete enquiry can still be submitted for initial discussion.
Every enquiry is assessed before product availability, pricing and lead times are confirmed. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order, and information on the website, including any promotional message, is not a binding offer. A quotation applies to the scope, specifications, quantities and destination it describes and to any validity period stated in it, and it may change if the requirements change.
7. Pricing, availability and lead times
The website does not publish fixed prices, minimum order quantities, discounts or lead times. Pricing, availability and lead times are given in a quotation after the requirements have been assessed. They depend on the products, specifications, finishes, quantities and destination, and they can change until an order is confirmed.
8. Orders and commercial terms
An order is confirmed only when its terms, including the products, specifications, quantities, price, payment, delivery, warranty and returns, have been agreed with homeion through sales@homeion.com. The terms agreed for an order apply together with these terms. If they conflict, the terms agreed for the order prevail for that order.
9. Payment
Payment methods and terms are agreed for each order rather than published as a fixed rule. Ask about them when you request a quotation. Taxes, duties and import charges that apply in the destination country are addressed in the terms for the order.
10. Product information and specifications
The website describes the range of products homeion can source. Descriptions and images are general and are provided to help you understand the range. Colours and finishes may differ from how they appear on screen.
Dimensions, finishes, materials, configurations and technical details for a particular product are confirmed through the specification and quotation process. Factors such as dimensions, opening configurations, materials, finishes, performance requirements, installation conditions and applicable local regulations should be checked for each project. Where a product has a performance requirement, ask for the exact specifications of the product being considered. Website information should not be relied on as a specification for a project.
11. Sourcing, shipping and delivery
homeion sources products internationally, with China an important sourcing market, particularly for furniture and building products. Sourcing is guided by specifications, supplier suitability, availability, quality requirements and commercial terms.
Shipping arrangements, export documentation, packaging, delivery terms, lead times and responsibilities are agreed according to the specific order and destination. No fixed shipping times are promised, delivery to any particular country is not promised in advance, and delivery dates are estimates unless agreed otherwise for the order.
12. Import, export and local regulations
The buyer is responsible for confirming the local regulations, standards, licences and import requirements that apply to the products in the destination country, and for meeting them. Export and import documents that may be required depend on the products, the order and the destination. homeion can discuss documentation as part of an enquiry, so mention any requirements you already know about.
13. Inspection and documentation
Inspection and verification arrangements can be discussed and agreed where applicable, and relevant product documentation is obtained where available. What is possible depends on the product and the order, so raise it early when describing the project.
14. Warranty and returns
No single warranty or returns policy applies to every product. Warranty and returns terms depend on the product, the order and the terms agreed for that order. Ask about them before an order is confirmed by writing to sales@homeion.com. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the law that applies to you which cannot be excluded.
15. Materials you submit
When you send drawings, schedules, bills of quantities, specifications or other files with an enquiry, you confirm that you are entitled to share them and that doing so does not infringe the rights of others. You keep ownership of your materials. You allow homeion to use them to assess your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, where needed to source the products, share the relevant parts with suppliers. We limit what is shared to what is needed. Personal information in your materials is handled as described in our privacy policy.
16. Intellectual property
The homeion name, its slogan, logo, design and the content of the website, including text and images, belong to homeion or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and print pages for your own use in considering an enquiry. You may not copy, republish, modify, distribute or reuse the content for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Product names and trademarks of other businesses belong to their owners.
17. Links and third-party content
The website may link to other websites and include content from other providers, such as embedded videos and sharing buttons. homeion does not control them, does not endorse them and is not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
18. Disclaimers

Liability connected with an order is governed by the terms agreed for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate homeion for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the website, or materials you submit that infringe the rights of others.
21. Suspension and termination
homeion may restrict, suspend or end your access to the website, or close your account, if it reasonably believes you have breached these terms or that doing so is needed to protect the website or other users. You may stop using the website at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply after access ends, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law, continue to apply.
22. Events beyond our control
homeion is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, government action, import or export restrictions, transport disruption and interruption of supply. For an order, the terms agreed for that order set out what happens in these cases.
23. Governing law and disputes
The law and dispute terms that apply to an order are those agreed for that order. For use of the website, these terms are interpreted under the law that applies to the relationship between you and homeion according to applicable rules. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory law where you live. We encourage you to contact us first at sales@homeion.com so that we can try to resolve any concern.
24. General provisions
